International Shipping (European Union)

Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50 USD.
  • For orders under $50, shipping fees will be applied at checkout.

Incorrect Address & Unclaimed Packages

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Grande is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if it remains unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.

Damaged or Lost Packages
