Refund and Returns Policy

Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Conditions for Return
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers or magazines)
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us first at [email protected] or call us at 405-839-6234. Please provide the following information:
- Your order number.
- The item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for the return.
We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, typically 7-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and we will provide further instructions.
